Priority Client Support
We have fanatical support team that will take every step necessary until you are fully satisfied:
Currently priority technical support is available to all clients. Login to Client Center and click the Contact Priority Support link.
During working hours, all support questions are answered within 3 hours or less. Occasionally, depending on the complexity of the issue, it may take longer for us to respond with a solution. Almost all technical issues are always successfully resolved within 24 hours.
You will be notified by email as soon as your question is answered. You will also be able to track the entire history of all your issues.
Paid Activation
Our activation process is seamless and will only take a few minutes:
As soon as you place your order you will immediately receive a download link. A confirmation sales receipt via e-mail will be sent to you as well. You should be able to install and fully utilize the software within 5 minutes of placing your order.
Simply install the software and request for an Activation Key that will "unlock" the software for full production use. The Activation Keys are immediately displayed on screen and emailed to you upon your request.
Its common practice for most developers to have 2 computers, typically a laptop and a desktop. We allow you to install the software in 2 locations for use by the same developer.
If your subscription to updates has expired, your products are still fully functional, however you will not be able to receive updates.

Free Trials
Try before you buy is a great way to evaluate our products:
Pluginlab currently offers a 14 day free trial period for our products. There is no need for registration or any signup to download and try our trials. Just simply download and start exploring.
The trail version is fully-functional and every feature is available to you for testing. However all your test links go to our home page in the trial version. We feel that this should allow any potential customer to fully test and familiarize themselves with the product before making a purchase decision.
Trial technical support is handled view our contact form. This is not an official channel for requesting support if you are clients.
