Licensing - General
1. What kinds of licenses do you offer individual developers, and what do they cost?
1.1 Individual Product License plus Subscription
This license is for 1 developer and includes 6 months of subscription to updates and priority support.
1.2 Collection Suite License plus Subscription
This license is for 1 developer and includes 1 year of subscription to updates and priority support for the products included in the Collection Suite Package at the time of purchase.
1.3 Subscription Upgrades
This license allows you to receive upgrades and priority support for 1 year. The cost of this upgrade is 50% of the cost of the original purchase for each product. You can upgrade directly form
Client Center once you login to your account.
2. What kinds of licenses do you offer for team of developers, and what do they cost?

3. When I purchase a Developer license, must I pay for updates as new versions of the product are released?
You are entitled to receive minor and major product updates product updates free of charge during your subscription period. In order to maximize your value and stay up to date at all times, you should continue your subscription which includes all minor and major software updates for your products.
4. How does a Subscription License work?
The Subscription License includes all minor and major product updates for a specific product or suite of products, for a specified period.
A Subscription License provides the greatest long-term value, and is the best way to ensure that you are using the most powerful, up-to-date versions of our products at all times. Also during your subscription license you will entitled to priority support for an unlimited number of sites and issues.
5. How do I renew my Subscription License?
You will have an option to renew your Subscription License. We will notify you at least 30 days prior to this date to remind you of the renewal. You can upgrade directly form
Client Center once you login to your account.
6. What is the price of Subscription License renewal?
Our products offer great value for all developers as they are competitively priced. Our development team are continually improving and developing new features to our product line and ensuring 100% compatibility is maintained with all future updates of Dreamweaver and Browsers.
In addition our dedicated priority support ensures that each and every issue is resolved on time and to the customer's satisfaction. We will not stop until every single one of your issue's are resolved. 7. Can I continue to use the product once my Subscription License expires?
You will still be able to continue to use the last version of the software released while your subscription is active. The last version of the products based on your subscription can be found in
Client Center once you log in to your account.
8. I am an individual who wants to purchase your product License for development -- but there is someone at my company who occasionally backs me up in my job function. Must we purchase an additional license for that person as well?
If more than one developer will use the product concurrently on an ongoing basis, you should purchase additional licenses.
9. We have a number of developers in our organization who need to be licensed. How do we go about licensing the entire team of people?

10. On how many servers and sites am I allowed to use the code generated?
With a single product license, you are permitted to use the product on unlimited Servers and sites.
License Upgrades
11. I have purchased one of your products in the past, and would like to upgrade my product. Do you offer any discounts on the upgrade?
Yes. If you have previously purchased any product from Pluginlab, we are pleased to offer a discount on your product upgrade. Please login to your account for Subscription and Upgrade pricing details.
Purchase process
12. How quickly is the software delivered?
As soon as you place your order you will immediately receive a download link. A confirmation sales receipt via e-mail will be sent to you as well. Simply install the software and request an Activation Key that will "unlock" the software for full production use.
The Activation Keys are immediately displayed on screen and emailed to you upon your request. You should be able to install and fully utilize the software within a few minutes of placing your order.
13. What forms of payment do you accept?
We are pleased to accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For direct purchases, we are also able to accept payments via certified check or money order, bank wire transfers or Paypal. Purchase Orders are not accepted at this time.

14. What forms of currency do you accept?
All listed prices and payments are in U.S. dollars.
15. Is your product available through any distributors or resellers?
We do not currently have any agreements with third-party resellers or distributors. We may offer our products through select resellers in the future.
16. Help! My credit card is being declined when I try to place an order.

17. Is ordering online secure?
All online credit card sales are kept secure by SSL technology, the most secure encryption technology currently available for electronic transactions. Our entire store and purchase process is protected using SSL encryption technology issued to us by Geotrust.

Refunds
18. I've decided I want a refund. How do I go about getting my money back?
We now offer 30 day Risk Free Money Back Guarantee. Please allow our priority support team to help you with any issues that may arise. If we can't get the menu system or any of our products to work for you, we will refund your purchase upon your request. Now you have absolutely no risk.
Product Activation
19. What is product activation?
Product activation is an anonymous, secure, and hassle free process that authenticates licensed users during the installation process. The process generates a serial number which is use to activate the products.
20. How do I activate my product?
You can activate your product 24 hours a day, seven days a week, either on the Internet or by email. Either option takes only a few short steps to complete. Internet product activation requires you to type your email and username in the product activation tab and then clicking on the "Request Key" button. Once this button is pressed, the key are displayed on your computer screen. Email activation requires you email us a request for activation which is generated in the activation tab of each product.
21. Can I install on more than one computer?
We realize that many customers need to use the software on more than one computer, such as laptop and desktop. Therefore Pluginlab License agreement allows you to install on 2 computers per product for non-concurrent use.
22. If I install and activate the software on two machines, can more than one person use the software on the second machine?
While you can install and activate your software on two machines, the secondary license is for the exclusive use of the primary user. Allowing an additional person to use your secondary license is in violation of the new product license agreement.
23. If I install and activate the software on two machines, am I allowed to run both licenses at the same time?
While you can install and activate your software on two machines, The product license agreement does not allow concurrent use of the software on two different machines.
24. Will activation ever require me to upgrade my product? Will Pluginlab ever stop activating products that require activation?
Activation is only used to verify a product's license the first time the product is installed. Pluginlab will support the activation of products throughout their lifecycle. In the unlikely event that activation is no longer supported for a particular product, Pluginlab will make available to registered customers a version that does not require activation.
25. What should I do if I want to reformat or upgrade my machine?
Transferring the license is a simple process. You will need to request for new licenses keys in order for you to activate it on an upgraded or new computer at your convenience. This process is simple and takes only a few minutes.
26. How do I transfer my activation key to a new computer?
Transferring activation keys is a simple process. After upgrading your PC or reinstalling the operating system your old keys won't work. In this case you need to do the following:
- Save the extensions to your new computer. Login to Client Center to download your products;
- Install all your Plugins by using Extension Manger;
- Request for new activation keys directly from each product installed.
